About Us

Our Company

I have been a residential builder and remodeler for over 30 years.  I am also an architectural designer that has provided blue prints for a large number of custom homes built across the valley. Born in a small town in Utah, I was raised to be polite, respectful, and above all else, Honest. As a home owner myself, I understand the frustration involved with purchasing a home so my methods have been tailored to provide you with the information needed to make an informed decision on the purchase of your home.

Sewer Scope Inspections

The camera will be run through the home’s main drainpipe and maneuver its way throughout the sewer lines. Your inspector will be looking for any visible cracks, damages or clogs, and will report any structural damage or health risks that come from your sewers.

You should plan on a plumbing scope inspection before purchasing your dream home, and plan to have them done routinely as your home gets older.
